The Six River Valley Chapter of the Archaeological Society of Ohio is organized to discover and conserve archaeological sites and material within central Ohio, to seek and promote a better understanding among students and collectors of archaeological material, professional and non-professional, including individuals, museums, and institutions of learning, and to disseminate knowledge on the subject of Ohio archaeology.

The Chapter meets the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm at the Westerville Library. All persons interested in archaeology and the early history of Ohio are invited to attend, and encouraged to bring along any prehistoric Native American artifact that they would like an experienced chapter member to date and identify. These artifacts can also be photographed and considered for inclusion in our photo gallery.

It is with great pleasure that we announce Member Spotlight. This special feature showcases SRVC's most valuable asset – our members – by highlighting their varied backgrounds, hobbies and experiences.

Member Spotlight reflects the rich tapestry of our membership and profiles active members. All participants in Member Spotlight are recommended for inclusion by other SRVC members. If you're a member and would like to suggest a fellow member to profile, please email memberspotlight@ohiosrvc.org
