The Six River Valley Chapter
(SRVC) of The Archaeological Society of Ohio
(ASO) is organized to discover and conserve archaeological sites and material within central Ohio,
to seek and promote a better understanding among students and collectors of archaeological material,
professional and non-professional, including individuals, museums, and institutions of learning,
and to disseminate knowledge on the subject of Ohio archaeology.
All persons interested in prehistoric and historic archaeology and the early history of Ohio
are invited to attend our monthly meetings,
and are encouraged to bring along any prehistoric Native American artifact
that they would like an experienced chapter member to date and identify.
Watch our News & Information
